He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Johnson and Catherine Johnson (Wesley); and his siblings, Walter, Sydney, Ben, Frances and Jenny (Roger).
He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Candance Pothier (Jessie), Terri Blades (Phil) and Jacob Johnson (Vicky); and his siblings, Arthur (Sharon), Lou (Judy), Malcolm (Linda), Phillip (Rosann) and Arvella. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
