With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter Zacharczuk (Yarmouth, Nova Scotia), who passed away on February 5, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vasyl Zacharczuk and Vera Zacharczuk (Bondar); his brother Jerry; his former wife Sharon Concordia; his wife Krystyna Engel; his niece Connie Crawford; and his stepson Paul Engel.
He is survived by: his sons, Ross and Steven Zacharzuk; his stepchildren, Kris Engel and Monika Engel; and his sisters, Nadya Zacharczuk and Kolina Logan. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial donations may be made to the Villa Saint Joseph du lac Foundation.
