He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Zaichkowski and Mary Zaichkowski (Lowszinski); his wife Marian Zaichkowski (Norris); and his siblings, Gerry Zaichkowski and Marion Lapchack.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Adisa, Terry Zaichkowski (Richard MacDonald), Jim Zaichkowski, Trisha Rooney (Peter), Stefan Zaichkowski (Tina) and Will Zaichkowski (Janet); and his sister Jane Woloshuk (Bill). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
