She was predeceased by: her grandparents, James Eve "Jimmy" Comeau and Kathryn "Kitty" Comeau (Robichaud); her mother Joan Anne Hood (Comeau); and her brothers, Alan and Clifford.
She is survived by: her daughter Kaitlyn; her stepfather Clifford Hood; her siblings, Jocelyn Hood-Cooke and James Hood; and her sister-in-law Michele Hood.
In accordance with Wendy's wishes, a postmortem contribution to the N.S. Tissue Bank has been made.
