It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Eugene Newell (Yarmouth, Nova Scotia), who passed away on June 24, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his stepmother Mildred; and his sisters, Geraldine, Nancy and Debbie. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Newell (Thompson); his children, Holly Newell (Simon Paul) of West Pubnico and Michael (Dale) of Raynardton; his grandchildren, Jamie Newell (Carolyn) of Riverview, N. B., Winton Porter of East Pubnico and Jody Newell of Tarantum, P. E. I; and his sisters, Marjorie and Marcia. He is also survived by his family and friends.
