He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Shea Sr. and Patricia Knox; and his parents-in-law, Ada, Valentine and Joseph MacIntyre.
He is survived by: his wife Mary MacIntyre; his children, Keegan Shea (Claudia Lopez Garcia) and Erin Shea (Jamaal Jackson-Grau); his grandchildren, Emma Ing (Shaun MacPherson), Laura Ing, Preston Metcalfe, Inais Jackson-Grau and Noa Jackson-Grau; his great grandchildren, Rorrie and Daisy MacPherson; his children, Michael Darren Shea and Cherie Dawn Shea; his grandson Solomon James Jackson-Grau; and his brothers, Russell, Cletus and Louis Shea. He is also survived by siblings, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Together, they navigated an eighteen-year journey with Alzheimer's and dementia.
