It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eileen Beatrice Courtoreille (Yellowknife, Northwest Territories), who passed away on April 26, 2026, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Balsillie and Yvonne Balsillie; and her siblings, Violet Sage, Marilyn Balsillie Lea and James Balsillie.

She is survived by: her husband Terry Courtoreille; her daughters, Sheryl, Janice and Ashley; her grandsons, Skylar, Devon and David; and her siblings, Jane Balsillie, Gladys Wright, Sonny Balsillie and Robert Ekinla. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
