He was predeceased by: his siblings, Barbara Thorne and Blaine Thorne. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Cindy (John Lantz), Shelley (Steve Sharples) and Shawn; his grandchildren, Jacob, Joshua, Lindsay, Amanda, Jaymie, Matthew and Mya; his siblings, Berneta Miller and Byron Thorne (Linda); his pet Bella; and his caregiver Lisa Zablotny. He is also survived by his many friends and family.

In memory of Chip, donations to the Parkinson Society or the Leukemia Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
