He was predeceased by: his wife Terry. He is survived by: his children, Catherine Lachambre, Michael (Jenn), Anne-Marie Talio (Tom) and Karolyn; and his grandchildren, Bobby, Kailey, Paige, Ryan, Theresa, Noah, Max, Jacob and Zach.
Due to COVID restrictions a private family funeral will be held.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or ErinoakKids would be appreciated.
