He is survived by: his spouse Rhonda Shuker of Acton; his parents, Graham Hynes of Keswick and Mary Horton of Scarborough; his child Christian Mullens of Pefferlaw; and his siblings, Catherine (Kevin McClure) of Keswick, Richard of Keswick, Kyle of Keswick, Steve (Amy) and Desiree (Chris Anthony). He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
