He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Manes and Rowena Manes; his brothers, Harold and Dave Manes; and his siblings-in-law, Stu Dryer and Madeline Manes.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Manes (McMillan); his sisters, Jean Dryer and Pat Dawkins (Bill); his sister-in-law Marnie Manes; his children, Bill (Val), Brad, Barry (Tracy) and Janis Krause (Peter); his grandchildren, Brett (Jessica), Terresa (Chris), Ryan, Laura, Katelyn, Rachel, Ben, Jeffrey and Addison; and his great grandchildren, Nolan, Cadence, Layla, Jordyn, Blakely and Talya. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a memorial donation to the Cancer Assistance Services Halton Hills (CAShh) or Nassagewaya Presbyterian Church.
