He was predeceased by: his parents, Farquhar Kennedy and Jessie Kennedy; his brother John; and his children, Doug, Rhona and Neil.
He is survived by: his siblings, Elizabeth and Robert; his wife Mary Ann Reaper (Anna); and his grandchildren, Lauren, Graham, Christopher, Jessica, Margot and Ewan.
