He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mona (Blaenau Ffestiniog); his children, Julie and Hayley; his son-in-law Michael Engel; his grandchildren, Kyle, Mitchell, Adam and Tara; his close friends, Chichi III and Kamu; and his parents, Mair Jones (Hughes) and Robert Jones. He was also cherished by 13 siblings which included 7 sisters and 6 brothers.
