He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Neal and Thelma Neal. He is survived by: his siblings, Randy (Avé), Valerie, Wendy (late David) and Heather (Pat). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and great nieces.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Highland Funeral Home - Scarborough (3280 Sheppard Ave E, Scarborough, ON M1T3K3). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 5:45 PM at the same location.
