She is survived by: her parents, Gaspare Santuccio and Gaetana Santuccio; her spouse Aldo Greco; her children, Maria (Robert), Sam (Opie) and Vince; her siblings, Italia, Giovanna, Lucia, Maria Teresa and Lorenzo; and her grandchildren, Christina, Danielle, Joshua, Alexander and Isabella. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family will accept donations to the SickKids Hospital Foundation in Concettina's name.
