He was predeceased by: his parents, Raul Jacome and Ventura Jacome; his wife Paulina Simão; and his children, David Jr., Lydia and Katherine.
He is survived by: his daughters, Anna, Eve and Martha Fortune (Flavio). He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren, along with many extended family members and dear friends.
