He was predeceased by: his wife Lucy; his parents, Cecil Chapman and Dorothy Chapman; and his brother-in-law Josef (Lola). He is survived by: the father of his child Pat; his son Mike; and his brother Paul (Patricia). He is also survived by his family and friends.
