He is survived by: his wife Coreene Slowe; his children, Elvin Phipps (Bernice), Brenda Foreman, Donna Foreman, Derval Foreman Jr. and Alicia Foreman; his grandchildren, Nyaweh, Kenyah, Matthew and Nathaniel; and his siblings, Annette Foreman, Lofton Foreman and David Foreman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

The VISITATION and FUNERAL SERVICE are PRIVATE by INVITATION ONLY through the FAMILY Because of Covid-19 restrictions, the Visitation on Friday, May 28th, 2021 from 5:00 p. m. to 8:00 p. m. at the McEachnie Funeral Home and the Funeral Service on Saturday, May 29th, 2021 at 9:00 a. m. in the McEachnie Funeral Home Chapel are private by invitation only through the family.
