Dianne Hammond Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 18, 2018, at the age of 84, Dianne Hammond (Ajax, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dianne Hammond to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ken Hammond; and her siblings, Fred and Marilyn. She is survived by: her children, Gary (Dawn) and Cheryl (Tony); her grandchildren, Jason, Sarah and Evan; and her siblings-in-law, Jean and Brian. She is also survived by her extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association in memory of Dianne.
