Doreen left this world on May 6, 2025 at the age of 79, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her son Jeffrey Gayton. She is survived by: her husband Bob Gayton; her daughter Sarah Sweeney; her daughter-in-law Emma Gayton; her grandchildren, Jacob Gayton and Quinn Sweeney; and her siblings, Debby McCalpin (Phil Craig) and Dave DeMille (Vilma).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McEachnie Funeral Home (28 Old Kingston Rd, Ajax, ON L1T2Z7). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the McEachnie Funeral Home Chapel (28 Old Kingston Rd, Ajax, ON L1T2Z7).
