He is survived by: his grandchildren, Grace, Jonah and Abby; and his siblings, Howie (Cathy) and Lenora. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to the Cancer Centre at Lakeridge Health Oshawa in Eric's honour.
