Frederick Smith Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frederick Smith (Ajax, Ontario), who passed away on April 16, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Frances; his brothers, Ernie and Bill; and his parents, Maud and William.
He is survived by: his daughters, Julia (Robert) and Delia. He is also survived by his 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
He was diagnosed with Alzhiemers at the age of 86 but on April 15, 2020 we were informed he has Covid 19.
