He is survived by: his daughter Tami Simmonds (Dwayne); his granddaughter Peyton Simmonds; his friends, Missy and Kaynan; his sister Gail Papaleo (Tony); his grandchildren, Tyson, Cody and Brandon (Melissa); and his great grandchild Evelyn Falconer. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
