It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Heather Elaine Longlad (Ajax, Ontario), who passed away on August 17, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Heather may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband George Longlad; her sons, Wesley, Kevin and Christopher; and her siblings, Kimberly and Timothy. She was also cherished by her extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McEachnie Funeral Home (28 Old Kingston Rd, Ajax, ON L1T1Z7). A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McEachnie Funeral Home Chapel (28 Old Kingston Rd, Ajax, ON L1T1Z7).
In lieu of flowers, donations to The Heart and Stroke Foundation in memory of Heather will be appreciated by the family.
