Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Helen for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Connaghan and Florence Connaghan; and her husband James Russell. She is survived by: her close friend Garnett Negus. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchild.
The inurnment will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Pine Ridge Cemetery (1757 Church St N, Ajax, ON L1T4T2).
