He is survived by : his daughters, Susan Careless (Tone), Sally Hortop (Scott) and Joy Stratford (Bob Kurus); his grandchildren, Colleen, Hannah, Alice, Soteira, Claire, Kate, Adam, Gaëlle, Anne, Philip, Jill and Jonathan; his great grandchildren, Mateo, Simone, Sebastien, Matilde, Philip, Robin, Galileo, Eloise, Sylys, Bill, George, William, Evan, Fintan, Jane, Charlie, Margot and Evryn; and his sisters, Sheila, Rosemary, Rita, Christine and Jennifer. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, friends, and some very good dogs.
