“I recently learned the sad news that Jim had passed away a couple of years ago. I'm sorry to hear this as Jim was an old friend from our Ajax High days. My belated condolences to his wife and family. I regret that Jim and I haven't seen each other for many years. We used to hang out and jam (Jim on guitar and me on bass) in our late teens and also played in a local blues band together. I will always have fond memories of Jim, may you rest in peace my old friend. Sincerely, Hector McLean”
