He is survived by: his wife Juliet David; his children, Maria Etwaroo (Derick Etwaroo), Rohan Bipatnath (Anisah), Nigel Bipatnath, Wade Bipatnath (Ana) and Sabrina Hernandez (Richard); and his grandchildren, Crystal, Ashley, Nicole, Lucas, Lauren, Tyler, Aaron, Alexandra, Amber, Trinity, Brianna, Alejandro and David.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pickering Village United Church (300 Church St N, Ajax, ON L1T2W7). A burial was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the Pine Ridge Memorial Gardens (1757 Church St N, Ajax, ON L1T4R3).
