He is survived by: his wife Sara Crocker; his children, Joshua (Dina), Jessica (Greg) and Jonathan (Melissa); his grandchildren, Alysha, Taylor, Jacob, Jaxon, William, Jonah, Luke and Brady; his great grandchild Leo; and his brothers, Chester and Randy. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
