He was predeceased by: his sister Elizabeth Waugh; and his parents, Madeline Gilligan and Charles Waugh. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Deborah, Heather (Wendy), Leonard (Julie) and Lorelei (Scott); his grandchildren, Troy, Brandi-Lee, Holly, Jennifer, Viktoria, Amanda, Dale, Matthew and Dylan; and his siblings, Gordon (Judy), Norman (Cheryl) and Charlene (Rudy). He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
