He was predeceased by: his parents, Janette Sharkey and Neil Sharkey. He is survived by: his siblings, Bruce Sharkey (Sandy) and Allison Shaw (David); his sibling-in-law Kim; his nieces and nephews, Melanie, Mitchell, Cameron and Bradley; his cousins, Sandra, Susan and Gordon; and his friend Rod McGillivray.
