He is survived by: his daughter Bonnie; his close friend Anne; his grandchildren, Addison, Lily and Zosia; his siblings, Sandra and Ross (Laurie); his nieces and nephews, John, Joel, Chloe, Alvin, Pat, Randy and Vince; and his friend Larry.
