“I had the privilege of learning how to play pickleball from a very good teacher by the name of Maureen. She was very patient with all of her students and was both enthusiastic and respectful at all times. So fortunate to be in her class because I still play and enjoy every minute of it, much like Maureen at the Audley gym. RIP Maureen Mike Collins”

“I met Maureen just this September in Sarnia at the OSGA AGM. And had the pleasure of being in several Board meetings with her. She was one who gave the impression that she said what she meant, and meant what we said. The world lost a great volunteer and OSGA lost someone who was on the road to being a great OSGA president. We will miss you Maureen. RIP.”

“I met Maureen in Sarnia at the AGM for the OSGA, which she organized. She was a wonderfully warm soul who I gravitated to almost instantly. I was impressed with the level of detail and her professional touch was evident. When I learned she was elected President, working together on the 2026 Ontario 55+ Winter Games, I was thrilled! We spoke regularly from that point, and I am not shy to say I will miss her calls, her humour and her diplomacy. We have lost this wonderful lady way too soon.”
