I remember the first ever time I met him, in the hallways in grade 9 talking about joining the rugby team, he radiated the energy that he always did, full of life, exuberant, joyful. I always had a good time hanging out with him, and anytime I spent time with him was not without laughs. I won't forget my experiences and memories with Mukonda, and can say I'm extremely grateful I was one of the people who got to meet him in my life.”

From then on I enjoyed chatting with him whenever we did cross paths. He was extremely well liked by everyone who knew him, and most did. He was so genuine to everyone he met and he spreaded so much positivity. He positively affected so many lives and he will never ever be forgotten.”
