She was predeceased by: her parents, Susan Durasammy (Elizabeth) and Albert Roberts; her husband Albert Gomes; her siblings, Stella, James (Boboy) and Joyce; her daughter Yvonne; her granddaughter Michelle; and her great grandchild Lexi.

She is survived by: her children, Michael, Rita, Yvette, Albert, Barbara, Sylvester, Patrick (Gary), Malcolm, Debra, Brenda and Sharon. She is also survived by 11 Children, 30 Grand-Children, 42 Great-Grand Children and 6 Great-Great Grand Children.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A burial will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Resurrection Cemetery (355 Taunton Rd E, Whitby, ON L1R3L4).

Donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada in honour of Neeta Louisa Gomes.
