He was predeceased by: his wife Judy; and his parents, Edward Cunningham and Rita Cunningham. He is survived by: his son Lyle; his parents-in-law, Harold and Joan Windatt; his brothers, Paul (Lisa), Michael (JoAnne) and Patrick; and his sisters-in-law, Lorraine (Jim Hewett) and Brenda. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and many friends.

Memorial donations to St. Michael's Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
