He was predeceased by: his parents, Dixon and Alice; and his siblings, Rick and Judith. He is survived by: his children, David (Ann), Julie (Mark) and Lesley (Steve McGrath); and his grandchildren, Matthew, Christopher, Mackenzie, Lucas, Victoria and Molly. He is also survived by his extended family, friends.
