He was predeceased by: his mother Angie "Cubie" Evans. He is survived by: his father Robert "Bob"; and his siblings, John, Debbie, Gary, Gail, Ken, Melanie and Glenn. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many cousins.
