He was predeceased by: his grandchildren, Jamie-Lee and Claire; and his siblings, William and Jeannine Rensink (Nick). He is survived by: his spouse Shirley; his children, Christine Hatherly (John), Laurie Hatton (Dave), Cynthia Dschankilic (Heinz), Roberta Armstrong (Mark), John Buchner and Mary Blair; his grandchildren, Eric, Annika, Kathleen, Chantal, Lydia, Michael, Jonathan, Jennifer, Karen (Brandon), Emily (Chris), Scott (Allyson), Justyce, Carson and Kaillan; his great grandchild Charlotte; his sisters, Nancy LeGresley (Farncomb) and Susan Smith (Andrew); and his sister-in-law Gerrie Wonnacott. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
