He was predeceased by: his brother Bill Perks. He is survived by: his wife Gail; his children, Wendy (Glenn) and Patrick (Jemima); his grandchildren, Geoffrey (Lisa), Timothy (Emily), Jamie (Sam), Remy and Amélie; and his sisters, Doreen Augustine and Barbara Lane (Ron). He is also survived by his extended family, friends.
