He was predeceased by: his parents, Dmytro and Anastasia (Olejnick); his brother Michael Daniel; his brothers-in-law, Willie Kushnirenko and Walter Myrka; and his parents-in-law, Paul and Maria Myrka.
He is survived by: his wife Helen (Myrka); his sons, Terry (Krista) and Steven; his grandsons, Jeffrey and Ryan; his sister Mary Kushnirenko; his niece Lynne Kushnirenko (Travis); his sister-in-law Jane Morley; his nephews, Alex and Paul; his sister-in-law Lesia Wylie (Brian); his nephews, Daniel (Nathalie) and Kevin (Izabelle); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Caleb, Sammy and Abby; his sister-in-law Ilene Wasilishin; his niece Lesia Wasilishin (Matthew); his great-nieces, Madeline and Emily; and his cousin Turylo.
Due to pandemic restrictions, both services can only be attended by immediate family. We all know that Ron loved a good party, however due to the pandemic this isn't possible.
