He is survived by: his wife Carmelita; his children, Shane, Kristoff, Keaton and Chloe; his mother Marilyn; and his sisters, Stacey and Monique. He is also survived by his many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of sending flowers we ask that a donation be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association.
