He was predeceased by: his brother Chuck (Donna). He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his sons, Richard (Tara), Michael (Nicole) and Andrew (Nancy); his grandchildren, Ben, Matthew, Kylie, Ella, Archer and Jake; and his siblings, Audrey, Valerie and Jim (Allena). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
