We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2020, at the age of 87, Shirley Lawson (Ajax, Ontario), born in Montréal, Québec passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur Pearce and Gladys Pearce; her husband Allan Lawson; her brother Ross (Peggy); her children, Keith (Vera), Arlene and Gregg (Laurie); her grandchildren, Laura, Andrew, Meaghan, Katherine, Quinn and Karen; and her great grandchildren, Brayden, Hailey, Owen and Hannah.

More than just a COVID-19 statistic, she was caring, sassy, hilarious, a sewing and knitting machine, a crossword and word search aficionado, a pie-maker xtraordinaire, a professional phone-talker, a devoted and loyal friend, and so much more.

Donations can be made in her memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society.
