He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel and Bertha. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Forshaw; his daughter Heather Di Santo (Dave); his grandsons, Lucas and Jacob; and his siblings, Ron (Elizabeth) and Brenda (George).
Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society of Durham Region and York Region would be appreciated.
