She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Nascimento and Veronica Nascimento. She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn Joanne Rai; her grandchildren, Michael Flynn, Andrew Flynn, Riley Flynn, Makayla Rai-Aubourg and Maya Aubourg; and her siblings, Shirleen Azevedo, Camille Shaw, Angela Henson, Albert Nascimento, Genevieve Mason, Dawn Gouveia and Elizabeth De Santos. She is also survived by other cousins, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Bernadette Catholic Church, in honour of Theresa's faith and lifelong devotion.
