Though Cécile may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Cécile touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her spouse René Brabant; her child Roma Brabant (Monique Bisaillon); and her parents, Louis and Anne-May. She is survived by: her children, Claude Brabant (Adèle Prévost), Réjean Brabant (Carmelle Ayotte), Carole Racine (Frederic Racine), Monique Legault (Normand Bourgon) and Allain Brabant (Sonja Fink). She is also survived by her 17 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church (8 Church St, Moose Creek, ON K0C1W0). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
