He was loved and cherished by many people including: wife: Carol-Ann Allen (Fleming); children: Christopher Allen (Olivia MacDonald) and Stephanie Allen (Spencer Vivarais); granddaughter: Charlotte Vogel; parents: Florence and Richard Allen; brother: Robert Allen (Valery); parents-in-law: Alexander and Marjorie Fleming; brother-in-law: Kevin Fleming (Daena Mervyn-Fleming); nephews/nieces: Benjamin Allen, Jackson Allen, Janna, Owen (Jennifer), and EJ.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Best Western Parkway INN & Conference Centre (1515 Vincent Massey Dr, Cornwall, ON K6H5R6).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The Ottawa Hospital Foundation in support of cancer research as expressions of sympathy.
