He is survived by: his siblings, Margaret Small and Gordon Small of Lancaster; his nieces and nephews, Debby Roberts, Sarah Erling (Kris), Amy Small, Lori Luchessi (Jim), Matthew Small (Dariusz), Christopher Small (Erin), Mark Small (Lise), Kerry Small, Steve Roberts and Robert Kallio (Barb); his friend Norm Fowler; Malcolm Smith of New Zealand.
