He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Blanchette and Esther Blanchette; and his sister Colette Blanchette. He is survived by: his siblings, Geraldine Underdown (Alan), Florette Blanchette, Yvette Blanchette (Michele Labelle) and Sonja Schroeter (David).
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd. - Alexandria Branch (114 Main St S, Alexandria, ON K0C1A0).
